I hope this finds you safe at home. During this time, it is more challenging to connect and feel at peace. I imagine we are all feeling a lot of anxiety and worry right now. Our lives are disrupted, we are concerned for our loved ones, and it is not clear what the future holds in terms of when it will end. We feel unsafe, a threat to all of our basic needs.
I wanted to offer you some of my posts that I hope will help during this time. The one pure beam of light in all of this is there is more time to focus on taking extra special care of ourselves.
I encourage you to use this time to use some of the tools here to refocus your efforts on feeling good. How we do that now means we feel stronger, allowing us to be there for others and feel more centered, with clarity to know the next right action to take.
I’ve curated some posts that I wrote when I was feeling anxious, discouraged or stressed and outlined the methods I continue to use now as we face this challenge. I am finding that reading inspirational texts helps me to calm my nervous system, reminding me that regulating emotions is very important. You can access these posts here:
I am also here to support you in other ways. I am open to your feedback as to how I might be of service during this time. You can reach out directly here.
Author Gabby Bernstein recently posted a relief workshop where she outlines the methods she’s using to bring comfort. You can access the workshop here.
Below are a few books I have found to be particularly helpful. Perhaps you are looking to use your creative energy to do more during the time at home. Perhaps now is the perfect time for you to begin some form of spiritual practice to regulate emotions and feel more at peace. Perhaps it is a time to come back to the structure of the Luminous Plan and reclaim peace with food.
I hope you find ways to use the time well, to strengthen your resolve and prepare for your next chapter.
Please stay safe. Please take good care of yourself. We will get through this.
Sara, thank you for your concern for us all! God bless you always.
Dear Nancy, thank you.xoxo❤️❤️❤️
